Distribution:  Western Central Atlantic: Bermuda and Belize.
Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Benthic, epibiotic, neustonic, epipelagic (Ref. 116013). Known from sounds and surface or near surface water layers, including porpitids and the halopelagic Sargassum fauna (Refs. 86643) and mangroves (Ref. 86642).
