Diagnosis:   
Biology:  Suspension and deposit feeder (interface feeder). Takes up aggregates, phytoplankton and detritus (Ref. 96534). Feeds at low speeds by collecting particles from the sediment surface with their paired palps or lift the palps into the water column to capture suspended particles (Ref. 96532).
