Benthic; depth range 2500 - 4300 m (Ref. 1840). Subtropical; 20°N - 34°N (Ref. 1840)
South Pacific and the Atlantic Ocean: Brazil.

Maturity: Lm ?  range ? - ? cm
Body wall: transparent up to 11 cm long. Longitudinal muscle bands: 28-34; flat and thin. Brain: rounded, single lobed and no elongate processes. Nephridia: attached partially, short with an irregular rough surface. Glans region: distinct undivided bundles of longitudinal muscle bands but continues circular muscle bands.
Found at depths 2500-4300 m in cold, deep water from South Pacific and eastern Atlantic and off Brazil (Ref. 1840).
